Residential Water Damage

When a couple noticed that the carpet in the study of their home was damp they figured they needed to take some action. The plumber on site informed our SERVPRO crew of Decatur that the water was coming from a slab leak. Our crew lifted the affected carpet, removed the pad and applied an antimicrobial treatment. They also placed two air movers around the carpet to help with the drying process. Once the area was properly dried, our crew ordered and replaced the pad and carpet for these homeowners. The SERVPRO crew worked quickly to help these homeowners forget this disaster and feel “Like it never even happened.”
