Commercial Water Damage

When this local business experiences water damage in their ceiling, our team at SERVPRO rushed in to help save the day! The challenge on this particular commercial job was to place the drying equipment in a way that it did not interrupt the customers coming in to the building.  We strategically placed the drying equipment to stabilize the environment and began the drying process without business interruption.

SERVPRO was able to mitigate the damages and dry the structure within a few short days.  Our crews were back every day to monitor our progress and to reposition or remove the drying equipment as needed.  Our Construction Division came in immediately after the mitigation and restored the damaged drywall, painted the lobby, and replaced all of the ceiling tiles.  We performed most of this work ‘after hours’ so to not hinder the employees and their customers.
