Commercial Ice Maker Leak

Work is usually stressful enough without having to deal with extra building maintenance, but we cannot always control the outcomes of certain situations. So when an ice maker line busted on the second floor of this office building the company took quick action and called SERVPRO of Decatur to come in and help them with this water damage. After our water crew inspected the loss they began to extract the standing water in the break room where the ice maker was located. They also removed cove base, punched holes in affected drywall, removed ceiling tiles and applied antimicrobial treatment to all affected areas. Our crew worked diligently over the next few days to make sure this office building was returned to working conditions!
